In order to help tenant buyers reach their dream of home ownership, we offer:
- Credit Repair through a national company
- a matching savings plan where any additional money (up to $500) they put down as additional option consideration
- we match, a small part of their monthly payment gets credited as additional down payment
They can earn additional option consideration and lower required upfront money if they participate in our Work For Equity program where tenant buyers can use their (or family and friends) skills and energy to earn sweat equity on the home they intend to buy.
All the professionals (ie. mortgage brokers, attorneys, etc.) they need to be successful purchasing.
